The delay of the Government of Kosovo in appointing new ambassadors to Washington, London and Brussels, centers where Kosovo is currently represented only by those in charge, is considered incomprehensible. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that they are in the final phase of consultations for the selection of new ambassadors, while emphasizing that each decision of the Minister will be in full consultation with Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
