German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the Berlin Process can not be replaced by any other initiative but simply things can be accelerated through other initiatives. While the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, said that the Open Balkans comes subsequently from the the Berlin Process, it is not a contradictory initiative of this process. Open Balkan said it is a mechanism to speed up the Berlin Process.
