Meat and products of animal origin require special care, especially during the summer season where high temperatures prevail. In addition to external and internal care, the FVA calls on consumers to be careful when transporting meat home.
The spokesman of the Food and Veterinary Agency (FVA), Lamir Thaçi, in an interview for KosovaPress, says that during the summer, the central focus of regular inspections is the supervision of products that require refrigeration conditions, such as meat and other products, of animal origin.
