The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Vlora Dumoshi has certified 165 young entrepreneurs from the municipality of Prishtina.
She said that through this project, which is being implemented throughout Kosovo, young people are being trained in terms of creating plans for their businesses with which they can win grants from the Ministry of Culture.
