The Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Shkemb Manaj said that the regulation of the Assembly of Kosovo does not have any provision that talks of loss of mandate, unless when the MP does not appear in the Assembly for more than six months.
After speaking on behalf of the Committee on Legislation, the LDK MP in today’s hearing of the Constitutional Court, wanted to speak as an MP, but this was not allowed by the President of the Constitutional Court, Arta Rama – Hajrizi.
