The Basic Court in Ferizaj has announced the verdict against the defendant Naser Pajazitaj, a Kosovar citizen, charged according to the indictment of the Basic Prosecution in Peja, for the criminal offense of aggravated murder and due to two other criminal offenses of possession and unauthorized control of weapons.
The Presiding Judge of the Serious Crimes Department – Ibrahim Idrizi, after holding the main trial, administration of evidences, hearing of the parties, found the defendant N.P. guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
