The legalization of illegally constructed buildings enables the regulation of the legal status of the property, but also the legal sale. This was announced at a press conference organized by the municipality of Pristina regarding the simplified process for the legalization of illegal constructions in this municipality.
Director of the Directorate of Urbanism in the municipality of Prishtina, Ardian Olluri said that illegally constructed buildings should either be legalized or demolished. According to him, with the registration of illegally constructed objects in the Register of Property Rights and Cadastre, it enables the achievement of the real value of the property in the market.
