The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák, said today that visa liberalization should happen for Kosovo.
The Slovak diplomat said that he will use the opportunity in his meetings to convince the EU member states that Kosovo deserves the visa liberalization.
