The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák, stated today that there will be no final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, without the involvement of the association of Serbian municipalities.
At a press conference at the end of his visit to Kosovo, the Slovak diplomat said that the agreement on the establishment of the association was reached in 2013, while its statute remained to be discussed.
