The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák, has called on institutional and political leaders in Kosovo to be united in the dialogue with Serbia.
After the meetings that he had during the last two days, through a press conference, the Slovak diplomat said that he had not received any invitation to the June 27 initiative, to resume the dialogue in Washington.
