The EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has said that there can be no more barricades and riots in North Mitrovica.
After the meeting on Thursday with the Serbian representatives in the north of Kosovo, Lajcak said that there cannot be the same situation as on July 31 and August 1, when local Serbian representatives erected barricades to prevent the Government of Kosovo from implementing its two decisions on reciprocity in travel documents and on illegal license plates…
