President Vjosa Osmani received the EU envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, at the meeting.
The meeting started at 14:00, while the media were only allowed to take pictures.
After the meeting with Osmani, Lajçak will also meet with Prime Minister Albin Kurti from 15:00.
