What is needed for the normalization of relations and long-term peace is mutual recognition at the center and not the Association at the center, declared the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti. He said that all those who seek association on ethnic grounds in the name of more rights for Serbs in Kosovo must show why Ahtisaari’s plan is not sufficient. Kurti has said that it may have to be discussed in different meetings, but that the constitutionality of Kosovo does not tolerate a mono-ethnic association.
