The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has said that as long as Milan Radojicic and his group are free and protected in Serbia, there is no trust in the dialogue for the normalization of relations. The head of government, disclosing details of the meeting in Brussels, said that in addition to the handover of Radojicic, he also submitted the request for the signing of the Brussels Basic Agreement and the Ohrid Annex, as well as the withdrawal of the letter of the former Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Bernabiq, that she sent to the EU countries – that Serbia does not implement certain articles of the agreement.
Kurti said at today’s government meeting that Serbia should hand over to Kosovo the paramilitary group that carried out the terrorist attack led by Milan Radojicic and that they face justice.
Kurti said that the trust in the dialogue has also been lost with the letter of the former Serbian prime minister.
But Kurti said that the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic, was not ready to accept any of the conditions.
He also reacted to the banning of the “Mirëdita, dobar dan!” festival, where he said that once again Serbia’s chauvinism is being witnessed.
In addition to these, the head of government also mentioned the decision of the Constitutional Court, which declared invalid the Draft Law on the establishment of the bureau for the confiscation and sequestration of unjustifiable assets.
He asked the Ministry of Justice to immediately proceed with the changes and be approved by the government.
