The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has pledged that the progress of the 13 agreements reached with Albania will be accompanied by quality in their implementation. Kurti, in Elbasan, Albania, where the joint meeting of the two governments was held, said that the mutual cooperation will strengthen the Albanians in the two countries, but also in the region.
