The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that the option for neutral license plates for the Serbs in Kosovo was given by the mediator of the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, and not by the Serbian side.

At today’s press conference, he said that the same are unacceptable for Kosovo…
