Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that today marks 4 years since the European Commission confirmed for the second time that Kosovo fulfills all criteria for visa liberalization.
Kurti wrote on Twitter that Kosovo is the most democratic and pro-EU country in the Western Balkans, but the most isolated one.
“The hopes of our citizens must be fulfilled with the determination and solidarity of the EU”, he wrote.
