The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has said that the government is implementing something that is in accordance with the constitution, but also in accordance with the obligations that Serbia pledged years ago in the Brussels negotiations.
He said that there is no other way but to implement the decision, when he was asked by journalists in Brussels if it is possible to withdraw from the decision on license plates.
