The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has said that the mistakes of the past in the dialogue with Serbia will never be repeated. In front of the MPs, in today’s session of the Assembly, Kurti said that he will not allow to negotiate anything that is not in accordance with the constitutional and legal system of Kosovo.
During the report to the Assembly on the dialogue, Kurti said that the EU’s proposal for the dialogue, the only article that has a problem is the tenth one, which talks about the formation of the Association within the framework of obligations from the past.
Meanwhile, he said that article seven of the agreement, which talks about self-management of the Serbian community based on the Council of Europe convention, is included in article 22 of the Constitution of Kosovo.
