The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti on the 22nd anniversary of the disappearance of Ukshin Hoti, said that his fate has not yet been clarified and justice for him has not begun.
Kurti commemorated Ukshi Hoti by posting a photo on Facebook.
