Fehmi Kupina from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has managed to be elected chairman of the Municipal Assembly of Prishtina, in the third round of voting.

Kupina was elected in the third round, as in the first two rounds 25 votes were not enough. Whereas, in the third round, where 42 assembly members were present, the votes of the simple majority were enough…
