The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, after the session of the Assembly on the Law on Elections, said that tonight they prevented the suffocation of democracy, since, as he said, the government used pressure and blackmail.
“Today we prevented the suffocation of democracy. The Law on Elections should be changed only after a comprehensive process. Today it was attempted to smuggle this whole process within a few hours by putting pressure and blackmail on institutions”, he said.
