The appointment of Skënder Hyseni as state coordinator for the dialogue just two days before the meeting in Brussels and the lack of support from the partners in the ruling coalition, is seen as a weakening of Kosovo’s position in this process.
Jeta Krasniqi from the Kosovo Democratic Institute, says that the fact that Hyseni was appointed only two days before the meeting remains worrying, for which she states that it is questionable whether he was able to be prepared for this meeting.
