The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, recalled today at the solemn session on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Independence of Kosovo, the declaration of independence that former Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi read on February 17, 2008.
“Allow me, feeling the beating of the hearts of our ancestors, with the greatest honor and privilege, I will read the Declaration of Independence of Kosovo. We, the leaders of our people, democratically elected, through this Declaration, we declare Kosovo an independent and democratic state”.
