The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) says that the Ministry of Justice has submitted to the Government the Draft Law on the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council without receiving the official opinion of the Venice Commission.

On this occasion, they have expressed their concern, as they say, the rapid processing of this draft law…
