The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Judicial Council are boycotting the work of the working group that is being done for drafting the draft law on the vetting process, despite this, from the Ministry of Justice say that this will not prevent them from continuing with the reform that they consider substantial for the justice system. On the other hand, the opposition considers it illogical to draft vetting without the involvement of these two important institutions of justice, while civil society advises the KPC and the KJC not to follow the policy of resentment but to join the work on vetting.
