As a sign of solidarity for the grave event that took place in Bulgaria, where 46 Albanians from North Macedonia lost their lives in a bus accident, Kosovo decided to declare a day of mourning on Wednesday.
The decision was made by the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, based on her constitutional competencies.
