The institutions of Kosovo have repeatedly allowed Serbia to hold elections in Kosovo, but the Constitution of Kosovo does not stipulate that another state can organize elections in our country.

It is not even foreseen that any international organization, as is the case here, the OSCE will be allowed to hold elections in Kosovo.
