President Vjosa Osmani announced that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora today issued a decision to declare two officials of the Liaison Office of the Russian Federation in Kosovo as undesirable persons, and at the same time informed the law enforcement institutions and relevant authorities.
