Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, after the meeting with the Ambassador of Albania to Kosovo, Qemal Minxhozi, stated that the mutual cooperation between the two states should be more effective in all areas, especially on economic development and foreign policy.
