The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, has stated that the first week of June is the deadline for early elections in Kosovo.
Konjufca added that in recent days the chances of the dissolution of the Assembly have decreased.
Also, Konjufca emphasizes that it would be impossible to go to the elections in the fall.
Whereas, regarding the EU statement, in which it was said that Borrell could include in his report on measures the closure of banks in the north, Konjufca emphasized that it would be good when Borrell writes the report, to define what they are, since according to him they are illegal banks of Serbia in the Republic of Kosovo
The spokesperson of the European Union, Peter Stano, said that the chief diplomat of the European Union, Josep Borrell, is finalizing the report about the steps taken by Kosovo to remove the punitive measures imposed by the EU.
