The Olympics are undoubtedly one of the biggest sporting events in the world. Kosovo has been represented by its athletes at this event in recent years and intends to do the same this time in Tokyo. Final preparations are already underway and a team of 11 athletes from various sports is ready to represent Kosovo alongside over 200 other countries participating in this event.
The Secretary of the Kosovo Olympic Committee, Shasivar Haxhijaj, says for KosovaPress that the final preparations are being made for this event and soon a special ceremony will be organized where President Vjosa Osmani will present the state flag to the Olympic team.
