Kosovo Law Institute (KLI) with the support of the US Department of State – Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and NED, publishes the report “Lack of supplementary sentences in the fight against crime.”
According to the findings of KLI, the Kosovar justice system shows a kind of disregard of supplementary sentences in the fight against crime. Respectively, according to this report, it was found that the justice system does not approach the fight against crime through supplementary sentences, as sentences that are particularly important for achieving the goals of the sentence and individualization of the sentence.
