Photographing the vote, breaking the electoral silence and attempting to vote with an expired ID card are some of the violations identified by the Kosovo Law Institute in its monitoring of the election process.
Yll Zekaj from KLI said that they have 51 field observers who are reporting on violations at polling stations. He said that in some cases they have noticed that citizens with the logo of political parties were seen in the polling stations.
