From March to the end of December 2020, the number of murders and domestic violence is reported to have increased in Kosovo. According to the report of the Kosovo Law Institute (KLI), 12 murders were committed, one more than in 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic there was also an increase in criminal offenses of harassment.
