KIPRED presented today the policy report “Countering Russian Malign Information Operations: Kosovo’s Government Institutional Capacities and Coordination”, which states that the Office of President (OP), Office of Prime-Minister (OPM) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora (MFAD), neither have basic capacities nor are coordinated regarding to countering Russian malign efforts against Kosovo.
This policy report, supported by the London-based Open Information Partnership, reviews and evaluates the institutional capacity and inter-institutional coordination of Kosovo Government institutions to demonstrate and counter malicious Russian intelligence operations against Kosovo.
