Coordinator of the Center for Democracy and Education – Valley in Bujanoc, Agon Islami believes that it is the last moment for the issue of the Albanians of the Presheva Valley to be addressed in the framework of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Islami considers the agreement discussed between the Kosovar and Serbian sides in the last meeting in Brussels as a good basis for reaching the final agreement.
Islami for KosovaPress underlined that the Serbs in Kosovo should not enjoy exclusive rights, while the Albanians in the Presheva Valley do not even enjoy basic rights.
