Within a day, 46 complaints were submitted to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) alleging irregularities in the election process. ECAP informs that complaints have been submitted by individuals, political entities, and candidates for members of Municipal Assemblies.
Complaints made will be reviewed by the ECAP and decesion must be made within the legal deadline of 72 hours.
