Today begins the 16 Days of Activism campaign, a global campaign that is organized every year which begins on November 25, known as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and ends on December 10,on International Human Rights Day.
Every year, this campaign calls for global action to raise awareness around the world about preventing and eliminating violence against women and girls.
