The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina, against the defendant with the initials I.G.
The Prosecution informs that the defendant with the initials I.G., has committed the criminal offense “Endangering persons under international protection” from Article 167 paragraph 4 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
