The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation has honored the doctor of medical sciences, Ibadete Bytyqi with the title “Scientist of the Year”, while Fjolla Kaçaniku, doctor in the field of education sciences, received the title “New Scientist of the Year” for 2021.
In the solemn ceremony of awarding these two titles, the Minister of Education, Arbërie Nagavci said that they will provide full support for scientific research, including the budgetary but also the legislative aspect. She stressed that the amendment of the Law on Scientific Research Activities is already in process.
