Former Foreign Minister, Enver Hoxhaj, through an opinion published in the prestigious Austrian newspaper “Der Standard”, wrote about the recent events in Belarus, which he said are also a test for the Balkans, whether such authoritarian regimes will belong to the past or will be the future in Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
