The acting Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) Enver Hoxhaj said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has resumed dialogue without establishing reciprocity with Serbia and without a platform or strategy.
Commenting on the joint conference of Prime Minister Kurti and EU High Representative Josep Borell, Hoxhaj, through a Facebook post, said that Kurti agreed to enter into negotiations for autonomy for Serbs in Kosovo and to overturn the Ahtisaari plan that enabled Kosovo’s independence.
