The acting chairman of the PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, expressed optimism that the former KLA leaders will emerge victorious from the Special Court.
The candidate for Prime Minister of the country from the ranks of PDK, after visiting the Municipality of Tirana, said that the former President Hashim Thaçi and Kadri Veseli have changed the course of history in creating the independent state of Kosovo.
