The former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj, said that Belgrade’s policy aims to protect and promote criminals, and not prosecute them.
Through a Twitter post, Hoxhaj wrote that Serbia didn’t fail to prosecute war criminals because it was never their intention to do so.
