“Russia is absolutely threatening global stability and has broken international law”, said the US ambassador Jeff Hovenier, adding that it is paying the price for this. On the one-year anniversary of the beginning of the Russian invasion, he added that the individuals who committed these crimes and those who are accomplices will be held accountable.
