The Basic Court in Gjilan has imposed the measure of house arrest for 30 days for the defendant V.TH.
“There is a grounded suspicion that on May 21, 2021, the defendant V.TH., in the Gynecology Department at the Gjilan Regional Hospital, when the injured party D. Ll. was giving birth, he did not take timely actions, and after the birth, within a short time it was concluded that the child is without signs of life”, reads the statement.
