Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, accompanied by Deputy Prime Ministers Tahiri and Selmanaj, paid homage to the monument of national hero Gjergj Kastrioti-Skanderbeg and the statue of the historic President, Ibrahim Rugova.
Hoti said that today is a holiday for every Albanian, while as state institutions, they will honor all the martyrs who contributed for the freedom and independence of Kosovo and Albania.
