The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, does not know when the next meeting with the Serbian side will be held in Brussels, but he said that the issue of the association of Serb-majority municipalities will no longer be a topic of discussion.
Hoti said that this topic is closed with the 2013 agreement, and it will not be opened in the negotiation process.
