Former Prime Minister of Kosovo and Member of Parliament of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, said that although the wage law was announced in the Official Gazette on January 5, 2023, the Government has not yet determined the value of the coefficient and consequently, no one knows how much it will have salary in February.
Hoti wrote on Facebook, this has created uncertainty among employees, as many of them have loans or regular monthly obligations.
“Not setting the value of the coefficient constitutes a violation of workers’ rights”, he wrote.
